This class will meet for one hour each week and focus on one chakra at a time, beginning with the root and ending with the crown. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for yoga movements. The class will offer introductory information, beginner to intermediate yoga style movements, and end with visualization & meditation on the chakra of the week.

Pillows and mats are available at the center, but feel free to bring your own. Please call in your RSVP to OM at 402-345-5078; drop-ins are also welcome.

Oct. 16 - Beyond the Mayan Calendar - What Now?
with Sue Moon & Doug D'Arcy
2-5pm • $20
Join Doug D’Arcy and Sue Moon for their final workshop on how to navigate the years beyond the Mayan Calendar!

This is uncharted water and many structures that have become familiar to us will fade away. One of those structures is our financial security. We are already seeing this. Another will be the re-thinking of how we live. Smaller communities, growing our own food, and sharing what we have with each other are a probable outcome. We are waking up individually and collectively in a way that has not been seen or known on this planet before. We are faced with the responsibility to expand into a much greater awareness, where we realize our unity with each other and all that is.

Oct. 20 - "Clearing the Mental & Emotional Pollution of Our World"
with Richard Potter
7-9pm • $FREE

When human hearts awaken, and even while in the process of awakening, they are capable of transforming our world. Simply awakening oneself is helpful to the planet, but does not necessarily make a large difference. Learning to use the "awakened heart" for the benefit of the world is crucial to the future of humanity.

One need only observe the level of public discourse to witness both the cause and the product of runaway anger and fear that dominate the global mind. These clouds of sadness, hopelessness, anger, and rage that dominate the world mind are a product of human thought and feeling. Mystics and seers often refer to this level of reality as the “mind world” and it is a very real thing.

There are spiritual practices that can change this "mind world" from a dark cloud hanging over humanity to a bright hope for the future of humanity and the planet. Richard Potter has had the rare opportunity to study these deep and hidden practices specifically designed for the purpose of alleviating this malaise and feels they need to be shared at this crucial junction in the history of the planet and humanity.

If you feel the calling to be part of a spiritual solution to our current crisis and creating a bright future for planet Earth, please attend this free public seminar and learn these methods for doing this great work.
