12-12-12 Meditation and Discussion
with Sue Moon and Doug D'Arcy

“If you are overly busy in your daily life, you may be dimly aware of the vast changes sweeping our world/consciousness. It is great to gather together during auspicious dates and astrological phenomenon to meditate and reflect on the changes taking place within your life and world. You will get much clarity out of pausing during these times and just being still. The numerology of 12/12/12 will not be repeated again in our lifetime. There is a New Moon in philosophic Sagittarius during this time asking us to plant the seeds of our vision.” - Sue Moon

"I see this time we will be sharing on the 12th as setting intentions for our personnel meditation for December 21st-23rd." - Doug D'Arcy

Mrs. Vijaya Mohan, Rangoli Artist, a Guinneess recorder
Vijaya Mohan started learning Rangoli in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India, at the age of five at the feet of her mother and used to be so fascinated by Rangoli that she used to try different designs, different mediums and visit neighbours to observe their drawings and try to improve on it even whilst in school.
After marriage she moved to Bombay and here she had a chance to draw Rangoli at big establishments like Shanmukhananda Sabha ( a 3000 seat auditorium) for a big audience, President’s Hotel for Japanese tourists, Nehru Planeterium, Dharma Kshetra, Mitra Mandals (Community Centres) etc.
Rangoli, a folk art from India is made of decorative designs on the floors of living rooms and courtyards during Hindu festivals. They are meant to be sacred welcoming areas for the Hindu deities. The patterns are typically created with materials, including colored rice, dry flour,(colored) sand or even flower petals.

Vijaya’s Motto: “Use your fingers as your paint brushes , the floor as your canvas and enter the Wonderful World of Rangoli”

Intro to Body Memory Recall
with Jonathan Tripodi
A healthy, vital body is one that is free of the past. Old injuries, emotions, and fears are often stored within the body causing stress, tension, and restriction within the tissues. Body Memory Recall is a form of hands-on healing that integrates gentle forms of touch, pressure, and stretch to release old body memories and their associated body tensions. BMR significantly improves your health and function. For many, BMR has proven to be pivotal for creating lasting change.

For almost two decades Jonathan Tripodi has explored body memory and its relationship to chronic pain, stress, illness and behavior. His BMR approach has supported thousands of individuals to heal old wounds and experience renewed states of health, vitality, and function. His approach to therapeutic bodywork supports one to come out of survival mode and surrender to one's self-healing intelligence. In so doing, a person can release accumulated stress, fear, and pain from past experiences, and actualize renewed states of health, vitality, inner peace, and joy.

BMR Healing Intensives w/Jonathan

To best assist others to achieve new levels of healing, freedom and vitality, Jonathan has created the BMR Healing Intensive. His 20 years of experience has shown him that people have accumulated body memory over a lifetime and they need concentrated support and healing energy to breakthrough lifelong patterns of tension and the habit to suppress rather than express - especially emotion. The format of a BMR Healing Intensive is 1.5 hours of BMR in the morning and 1.0 hours of BMR in the afternoon, for 5 or 10 days. For those who may be limited in time and resources, there is also the 3 day mini intensive. Jonathan provides BMR Healing Intensives throughout the year at various sites across the United States. To schedule sessions or for further information, email Jonathan: Jonathan@FreedomFromBodyMemory.com
