An invitation to explore the work of Ortho-Bionomy that is open to everyone. Marla Moore will give a brief talk about the principles, philosophy, and history of Ortho-Bionomy, with a demonstration. The majority of the time in this event will be spent teaching attendees Ortho-Bionomy Self-Care, which focuses on how to release tension in one's own body. This is an effective skill for massage therapists, as well as their clients, to learn.

Born and raised in the USA, Shantamrita Chaitanya met Amma in 1990. He became a Brahmachari (monk) in her Indian monastery 26 years ago and has been engaged in Amma‘s social, educational, and spiritual activities around the world ever since.
He was based in Tokyo for 10 years, as Director of M.A. Center Japan, after which Amma has sent him to Chicago last year.
Now the Director of Amma -Mata Amritanandamayi Center in Chicago, he conducts regular spiritual and social service programs there, also traveling around the Mid-west to inspire spiritual seekers with his heartfelt talks.
