Yin Yoga + Vibrational Sound Therapy

Join Zink Yin Yoga Instructor, Joel Dunning, for an evening of gentle Yin Yoga, followed by a sound meditation session with Himalayan singing bowls by certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, Mechelle Keller. 

No experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and any other comfort items to lie on the floor for 30 minutes.

"SELF LOVE" WITH BRIAN ASSAM
Shamanic Breath Yoga, Crystal Grid Meditation, and Sound Alchemy

This Breathwork, Sound, and Crystal Grid Energy event is designed to help you cultivate a loving relationship with yourself so you can know the miracle of self-love and the abundance it brings. When you feel complete love for yourself, you vibrate at a higher level. This vibration attracts people and experiences that are also vibrating at that frequency. Life becomes heaven on earth as you feel cheerful, and your vision clears to see limitless possibilities. .

This workshop will be guided by Brian Assam, a certified Vinyasa and Kundalini instructor and Breathwork facilitator who is driven to elevate people through yoga and conscious awareness.
